2 MEMBER FEDERATIONS
2.7 FEES (Page 5)
2.7.1 All fees (e.g. membership fees、competition entry fees、international licence fees、appeals fees etc.) and all other expenses are the sole responsibility of the member federations.
2.7.2 A member federation shall pay UIAA Climbing the amount invoiced for fees before the date specified on the invoice. Failure to do so shall be dealt with as specified in 2.7.4 below.
2.7.3 Appeals fees are paid directly to the Jury President when an appeal is filed. The appeal shall not be considered until the appeals fee has been received.
2.7.4 A member federation which is in default of UIAA Climbing regulations governing payment of fees shall、in accordance with the regulations and bylaws、be liable to have its membership suspended and、ultimately、withdrawn.
2.7.5 The scale of all fees is decided and published annually by UIAA Climbing.
上述規定載明選手之費用需由各國協會統一支付、乃之前本人留言之憑據. 但此為網路上下載之2006年版、您與山協之糾葛已有兩年多、在舉證方面、尚須由山協出具當年規則.
